Terms & Conditions Payment can be made using the following credit cards. Master Card, and Visa and Laser Card.
We use 128-bit ssl security and R encryption schema. By filling out the credit card section, the amount purchased will be deducted from your account despite your not being present to provide a signature.
Payment will be debited from your account before the chosen product or products will be dispatched
We will take reasonable care to best of our ability to keep all personal information given to us by you secure, but in the event of absence or negligence on our part we cannot and will not be held liable for any loss incurred by you if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data that you have provided when using our site.
We do not deliver outside the island the British Isles
All products sold on this site are inclusive of VAT @ 21% and delivery costs.
By placing an order with Aromatherapie Personalised Skin Care the customer accepts and has read the terms and conditions and authorises Aromatherapie Personalised Skin Care to take payment for selected goods in the order cart from their credit card. This credit card transaction will usually take place within 24 hours of submission of credit card details and order.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery of goods if we feel the need to contact the customer to obtain more information regarding authorisation of credit card details. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivering goods if the customer is unavailable to be contacted for further clarification regarding any aspect of their order. If the customer cannot be contacted following 3 attempts in a 24 hour period by us we will cancel the order without liability to us.
Returns can only be accepted if goods are faulty and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Photographs used on the Aromatherapie Personalised Skin Care site are a close representation of the actual product. The product may vary in some respects to the photo. All props used in photographs are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the purchased gift.
We reserve the right to substitute unavailable or out of stock products With a similar product of equal or higher value without prior notification.
Aromatherapie Personalised Skin Care cannot accept responsibility for orders undelivered due to provision of incorrect delivery information. All deliveries are subject to An Post terms and conditions as agents acting on our behalf in the delivery of your purchased goods. A signature is required from the recipient on delivery. If there is nobody present to receive the gift, the procedure for such cases will be initiated and this may result in the intended recipient having to collect the gift from their nearest collection point. We cannot be held responsible for delays or costs incurred.
We now state clearly that one attempt to deliver the gift will occur between a 9 AM to 5 PM period. Specific times of delivery cannot be specified.
Delays resulting from industrial action by An Post will result in an alternative carrier being sought by us. We would then be unable to specify an estimated delivery time frame.
Information provided on a gift card will be printed exactly as submitted by the customer.
Aromatherapie Personalised Skin Care reserve the right to omit foul language and state that the onus for liability on slanderous or libellous remarks submitted will remain with the credit card customer.
We will not accept liability direct or indirect for loss or damage of service or goods resulting form the situations beyond our control including the following: acts of God, industrial action, weather conditions, failure or partial failure of Internet services, obstruction of delivery route, or any other circumstances outside our control.
Aromatherapie Personalised Skin Care shall not be liable for consequential or indirect loss of profits, income or potential profits and/or income whatsoever arising from use of any of our products.
All images of products are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced in part or whole save by written permission of copyright owners.
